BOOKING PROCESS:
Our booking process starts with an availability check this can be made using the web form
If the event date is after 4 weeks of enquiry date, we can do an availability check immediately and let you know what times are available.
If the event date is within 4 weeks we like to do some extra checks on who is available to work and so this may take a day or two, we will let you know as soon as we do.
Once you are ready bookings can be made ONLY by email on [email protected] . Having received this email we will load the booking into our system and automatically send you a confirmation that the booking is in our system.
Please make sure all these details are checked and if there are any discrepancies please notify our events team as soon as possible.
Most of our bookings are based on a price of minimum of 10 people any parties below 10 people can still be booked as long as the payment of 10 is met.
We aim to have the venue booked in between 4 to 6 weeks and are unlikely to know the venue more than 8 weeks in advance.
Once a venue has been booked you will receive a confirmation automatically by email.
you will also receive a further email confirmation on the Monday before the booking date and a phone confirmation on the Friday of that week. This is to ensure that that all the information is correct between List of Life and the selling agent and therefore to the clients.
All bookings through List of Life LTD are subjected to a 2 week cancellation policy.
VENUE:
Most of our venues will be licensed which means alcohol cannot be brought onto the premises; however there will be a bar available for clients to purchase drinks at the venue.
Please check with us if client wishes to bring their own alcohol and we can check accordingly.
Some venues will not allow any consumption of alcohol or fancy dress, please check venue notes once venues have been booked.
Many of our venues reserve the right to not allow clients in if they deem that they are too drunk to attend, if this is the case we will agree with the staff member at the venue or our staff who will make that decision and no refund will be given.
We will try to book all venues within 20mins walking distance in/around the city centre.
This may not always be possible due to the nature and requirement of some of our products, in particular; Pole dancing studios, Photography studios, Glamping and Woodland survival sites
PAYMENTS:
Payment should be made by BACS, and include you name and event date
CANCELLATION:
All cancellations must be notified in writing by the selling agency.
Please ensure that all cancellations are acknowledged by List of Life in writing.
Any cancellations that have not been acknowledged by List of Life will still be charged if within the 2 week cancellation policy.
Cancellations more than 14 days notice – No charge
Cancellations within 14 days – 100% charge
Should List of Life LTD for any reason beyond its control be unable to fulfil its commitments i.e. government intervention, strikes, labor disputes, accidents, acts of God, national disasters it will not be liable for damages or compensation, i.e. Travel costs, hotels etc. above of the cost of the event.
REFUNDS/COMPLAINTS:
Any cancellation on the day we will endeavor to find a replacement staff member however if this is not possible and we are unable to find an alternative activity for the client, we will issue a 100% refund.
If clients accept an alternative time or product due to cancellation of their original booking they will not be entitled to any compensation.
We will not be liable for any compensation for travel cost or accommodation only for the product booked.
All refunds will be for the price paid between List of Life and the selling agent and not at the price between the selling agent and client.
Complaints regarding product quality, staff and venue will be dealt on a case to case basis and an appropriate refund or compensation will be issued accordingly.
